We have been growing organic vines on the former Weil estate in Ostfildern since 2019.

After three years of conversion, we harvested our first organic grapes in 2022 and will be selling our first organic wines this year.

At the Berlin Wine Trophy 2023 and the Asia Wine Trophy 2023, all of our organic wines were awarded a gold medal.

  Organic Pinot Noir grape juice

  
  

  Our grape juice is pressed from organically grown Pinot Noir grapes. It is best enjoyed as a spritzer with sour sparkling water.

The Domäne Weil in Ostfildern is a former royal estate with a rich agricultural history. Since 2019, we have been practicing certified organic viticulture here on 9 hectares, continuing our family’s winemaking tradition into its 14th generation.

Thanks to the cooler, north-east-facing slopes of Domäne Weil, we produce particularly fresh wines as well as premium sparkling wines.

In our vineyards in Esslingen and Untertürkheim, we cultivate classic grape varieties such as Riesling, Pinot Noir, and Muscat Trollinger. To sustainably meet the challenges of climate change, we are also increasingly focusing on future-proof, fungus-resistant (PiWi) grape varieties.
